It has rightly been said that the guidance of the parents as well as the teachers can perfectly support a child in the most crucial life changing years of school. It is then imperative that these two pillars meet and understand what’s best for their wards.
In pursuit of the same, a Career Counselling & Guidance Workshop was organized by St. Stephen's Global School, on 16th January 2019 for the students of Classes X, XI & XII.
The workshop was conducted by Mrs. Meenu Bhargava, a Post Graduate in Psychology from Jodhpur University. She is an accomplished trainer, counsellor and mentor, who has trained 15000 Teachers, Students across India & possesses a multi-faceted experience of over 22 years.
The session also uncovered the student career interests and ways were suggested to students to obtain more knowledge and a first-hand feel of the careers that interest them.
The Principal, Mrs Natasha Jacob, enumerated the role of parents in deciding a right career path for their children that is in tune with their skills and job experiences.
The workshop concluded with the question and answer session.
