Admission Procedure

And, Finding the right education is all about finding the right environment for a child and we, at St. Stephen’s Global School, Jhansi, strive with the same goal in mind. Registration for Admission to St. Stephen’s Global School, Jhansi, is open to all children irrespective of caste, creed, race, religion or gender.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR CLASSES I TO XI.
The classes for every academic year will commence from April. The school prospectus together with necessary forms are available at the school office or can be downloaded from the school website.
From the year 2015 onwards St. Stephen’s Global School will have classes from Nursery to Std XI.
All students will have to appear for an Aptitude Test in English, Mathematics (and Science for Classes III and IX) and Second Language to qualify for admission. As a matter of policy we do not admit students in Class X & XII. The Aptitude Test and Personal Interview will be held in the school on any day convenient between March and June every year.
Admission will be confirmed only after assessing the performance of the child in the Aptitude Test and in a Personal Interview with the respective Coordinators of the Class. On confirmation of admission, parents will be required to submit the required certificates.
The question papers will be based on the general syllabi, not on the current textbooks. Kindly note that the child should be at least 6 years old for admission in Std I.
Admissions Policies
Interactive sessions with potential candidates and parents initiate the admissions process. Students from Std III onwards are assessed in fundamental subjects and areas of their prior learning. SSGS reserves the right to award admission.
We do admit children during the middle of the academic year in the same class in which the child is studying, in the previous school.
Admissions Procedure
Admissions for the Academic Session 2020-21 for Classes Pre-Nursery to XI is in process. A campus visit is recommended followed with a collaborative discussion of the admissions team and Director of Academics. School fees and other annual payments will be elucidated for ambiguity of your financial responsibility towards your child’s education with us.
If you have already visited the School Campus and made your decision and wish to apply for your child to attend St. Stephen’s Global School, you will need to submit the Admissions and the Registration Forms. The required forms may be filled out in Campus or online, although your child’s admission will be confirmed only on payment of the decided fee. For your convenience, these forms are now online or can be sent to us via post / email.
